5.  TELL THE DISPATCHER YOUR NAME…

6.  ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS…
Listen carefully to the dispatcher’s directions and do exactly what the dispatcher tells you to do.

7.  DO NOT HANG UP UNTIL THE DISPATCHER TELLS YOU IT IS OK.
